what do you retouch in the photos?

I keep pretty much natural tones, with a slight desaturation of green and yellow.

I might remove some peripheral details in the photos to keep them aesthetically clean.

However, I do not:

• retouch hair style, makeup, manicure;
• remove defects due to lack of ironing;
• make people look slender.

All the above corrections might only be done upon an express request and additional fee as this requires advanced and time consuming retouch.

do you deliver raw/ unretouched photos?

as most of the photographers, I will only deliver the pre-agreed number of retouched JPG photos without releasing any raw/ unretouched photos to the customers. the reason for this is that raw files are a form of negatives owned by the photographer, the client always pays for the final product such as JPG or TIFF and not the original image itself.

what is a lifestyle photo session?

a lifestyle photo session is a portrait photo session that aims to capture real-life situations in an artistic manner and create candid, unstaged photos.

when will we get our photos?

the timeline for delivery of your photos will be set in your contract. normally it takes 4-6 weeks after the session.

where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Luxembourg. I am open to discussing travelling, feel free to ping me!

how should we prepare for the session?

how long will the session take?

the session takes about 1-1,5 hr.

how early should we contact you for booking a session?

as early as possible! It would be perfect to always plan in advance. If you are willing to have a session between May to October, booking 1,5-2 months in advance is necessary.

where are you based and do you travel?

how is the shooting time counted?

the shooting time starts to be counted from the arrival to the pre-agreed location till the last photo for the wedding is taken. the time needed to change locations is included into the shooting time.

the time for my arrival to the pre-agreed location and coming back home is not included into the shooting time.

when will we get our photos?

the timeline for delivery of your photos will be set in your contract. normally it can take from 1 to 3 months.

newborn sessions

what is the right timing for a newborn photo session?

I am happy to photograph your baby from 5 days old, or whenever you feel ready, may it be 2 weeks or 3 months.

where will the session take place?

the session will take place in the comfort of your home.

how long will the session take?

the well-being of you and the baby are the most important. there is no specific time limit for the session, you will be able to take all the breaks you need to feed, change and calm the baby.

maternity sessions

what is the right timing for a maternity session?

maternity photo session can be done when the belly crosses the breast line. ideal timing would be between 28-32 weeks.

can my family join the session?

your partner and children are welcome to join the session. I would appreciate it if you discuss the attendance of further family members in advance of the session.
